EDLD 5317-Peer Feedforward

Resources Digital Environment

Within my learning community, I prioritized active engagement by sharing both the successes and challenges of developing my publication plan. I worked closely with Amber Ellis, Erika Ponder, Jacqueline Garcia and Hope Humphrey, and together we exchanged feedback on structuring modules, aligning activities with outcomes, and strengthening assessments. We also reviewed one another’s plans and co-reflected on readings and implementation challenges. This process not only supported their growth but also gave me valuable insights that helped refine and strengthen my own work.

For the publication draft, our group created rubric and together, we worked out and explained the assessment criteria so everything lined up with the assignment expectations. The rubric covers several areas of quality, like how clear the topic is, how well it fits the publication and audience, the structure and organization, the use of evidence, and the overall impact. The assignment was graded on a 50 point scale, knowing that it was a concept draft with a finished product to be written in the future. My overall score was a 41/50. This collaboration was very important because my team helped me see gaps in my writing and allowed for suggestions to make my draft stronger. Without their feedforward, I don't think I would have done as well on my project. Below are links to our collaborative group documents.
